Research, Inspect & Feedback

• Researching all on and off market opportunities within your desired brief
• Contacting the vast database of local agents to stay one step ahead for any upcoming listings.
•Ever wonder why something never came to market then sold without your knowledge?
• Constant communication and feedback as to desired properties to inspect including videos, pics and expert feedback on each option.
Evaluate and Negotiate
• Understanding value is always important, but our role is to research and create more certainty that any particular property of interest will offer you the desired comfort.
• Property reports can often be daunting, confusing and frustrating. We are there, alongside your Conveyancer, to assist in offering general advice around any potential red flags through the process.
• We remove the emotion (as much as possible) and talk through the best negotiation plan based on our thorough due diligence of the property.
• Having someone on your team to keep you well informed, assist in checking the right boxes and give you the best possible chance of picking up your desired property at the lowest possible price can pay real dividends, both financially and emotionally.
Exchange and Settlement
• Remember, offer and acceptance is not a done deal. We don't want anyone to come in and trump you before exchange, thus it's critically important to ensure your ducks are all lined up and you're ready to rock n roll. Keeping you informed and prepared will optimise your chances of success here.
• We're a team. We'll be with you throughout the entire process. Even at pre-settlement, or if you need us to rush the keys across town for you on the day of settlement.
• Once all is said and done, you'll be a true advocate for using a Buyer's Agent for any future property acquisitions.
