Manassen & Co is a boutique buyers agency rooted in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches. Founded in 2011 and led personally by Dea and Mike Manassen, the practice is intentionally boutique. Every client works directly with Dea and Mike, from the first conversation through to settlement.
We know that a home is more than a purchase. It is where a family grows and where weekends happen, or it is the foundation a future is built on. Either way, we treat each search with the care we would give our own.

Mike Manassen
Mike's background spans hospitality, technology start-ups and the Manassen family food business. It gave him a grounded, commercial way of reading a property and its price.
Mike leads our negotiations. He listens carefully, reads a situation quickly and keeps clients calm and informed when the pressure is on, whether that is at auction or across a table.

Dea has a strong eye for interiors and for the way a home will be lived in. She is the person clients call first, at any stage, and she holds the relationships with local agents that bring off-market homes to our clients' attention.
