The brief
Helping this young family was a joy from the very first meeting. Everyone wanted to be part of the experience, children included. Their time was limited, they were keen to move quickly, and they had already fallen for a particular property they had seen.
Our approach
We made ourselves available for every inspection and looked at that home more closely, exploring other opportunities alongside it. Through that process the family came to see that their first instinct would have been a costly mistake. Emotions run high when buying a home, especially for a family, and it helps to have someone independent to test ideas against, someone who will say plainly which properties will work and which will fall short. When the right home appeared, we knew the vendors and the pride they had taken in building and maintaining an exceptional property. We had the contract, deposit and building report ready ahead of time so that we could move the moment an agreement was reached.
The outcome
We reached a verbal agreement on price with other buyers still circling, and because everything was already in place we exchanged within the hour, well before the scheduled auction. It was the perfect fit for the family, and a result that felt right in every way.
