The brief
Another couple ready to move from an apartment into a house, but with little knowledge of the Northern Beaches and some unique circumstances to work around. Their budget was tight for the step up they wanted to make, and they needed help understanding which pockets would suit them and which would not.
Our approach
We spent time educating them on the area, walking them through the places that would fit their life and the ones that would not, along with the little idiosyncrasies that come with each street and each opportunity. With that understanding in place, we went looking beyond what was publicly listed. When the right home surfaced off market, the assessments were time sensitive, so we coordinated plumbers, electricians and other specialists quickly to give our clients a clear picture before they committed.
The outcome
We found, negotiated and secured an off-market home that was far larger than they had believed was within reach, and they went into it with confidence. This was one of those purchases that stays with you, knowing they would very likely have missed it had they been searching on their own.
