The brief
A truly lovely couple with young children came to us after months on the emotional rollercoaster of the Sydney market. They wanted a home within a particular school zone and had a rather unique brief, which we were happy to take on. Their budget was limited for the suburb, which made it a tricky one from the outset.
Our approach
We missed out on a home early on, which was hard for them at the time. We kept working quietly in the background, matching what we knew of the family with what we knew of the area, and drawing on our relationships with the local agents. As so often happens, the right one followed. It was completely off market, and we were the only buyers to go through.
The outcome
Bush surrounds, walking tracks nearby, squarely within the area they wanted, and tens of thousands of dollars in savings, all secured through a calm and respectful process. It was love at first sight for our clients, and we were so happy for them.
